Drury Tennis Camps

Summer Camp

This co-ed camp provides tennis players a unique forum where top-notch, individual Instruction will lead to improved success on the court. Commuters will experience full days of fun but intense tennis activities designed to build confidence and improve technique. Resident campers get the same experience plus enjoy special night activities and stay in dorms on the Drury University campus supervised by camp counselors.

Cost: $390 for Commuter Camp
$545 for Residential Camp

Campers requesting housing shall check-in at Sunderland Hall on the Drury University campus between 6:00 and 7:00 pm on Sunday, July 9th. Please have your final payment available at check-in. Credit cards will NOT be accepted at check-in. *A $55 fee will be charged for lost keys.

Commuters should arrive at Cooper Tennis Complex at 8:20 am on Monday, July 10th to register, final payments are due at this time. Tennis instruction is from 9:00 am - noon, 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm.

Daily instruction will be at Cooper Tennis Complex located at 2331 E Pythian, Springfield, MO. Residential campers will be housed at Sunderland Hall on Drury University campus, 900 N Benton Avenue, Springfield MO.

Remember To Bring...
Sunscreen, water cooler, light weight clothing, tennis shoes, several pair of socks.

    • Healthy Snacks!

Performance Enhancing Sessions
We will be conducting tennis specific performance enhancing sessions to help improve athletic abiltiy and performance at camp this year.

Special Night Activities
Housed campers will enjoy pizza, games, swimming, internet access, Andy’s Frozen Custard, shopping and movies.

The camp staff will be led by Coach Smith and Drury tennis players. Each camper’s safety is important and our staff will provide close supervision during camp sessions, evening activities, and in the dorms.
